Voor onze vestiging in Utrecht zoeken wij een Accountmanager die onze marktpositie in Noordoost Nederland verder helpt uitbreiden.
Wat ga je doen?
✔ Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties
✔ Bezoeken van merkdealers en universele motor-, motorcross-, ATV- en scooterzaken
✔ Signaleren van commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen
✔ Opstellen en uitvoeren van verkoop- en actieplannen
✔ Opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties en verhogen van klanttevredenheid
Wie ben jij?
• Commercieel, klantgericht en communicatief sterk
• Technische kennis van onderdelen/accessoires voor gemotoriseerde tweewielers
• HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Zelfstandig, flexibel en planmatig
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Ervaring met MS Office en snel vaardig met nieuwe systemen

Specifics areas
· To ensure that all warehouse staff are fully deployed utilising resource where priorities are required and to maximise efficiencies.
· To ensure all deliveries are booked in and refill flow and bulk areas in line with customer orders and expectations
· To ensure all temporary staff receive a full induction and training to their specific responsibilities.
· Organising stored stock and maintaining storage facilities to promote efficiencies throughout the warehouse / returns operations.
· To ensure that deliveries for other departments are dealt with inline with company procedures and where necessary liaise with colleagues on any issues.
· Liaise with sales support/ purchasing / marketing and returns departments to resolve work flow issues.
· To assist in arranging maintenance to fork trucks and portable trucks
· Ensure warehouse/returns and yard areas are kept in an orderly manner – clean and organised
· To ensure company procedures are adhered to in all aspects of warehouse operations
· To ensure warehouse staff adhere in their daily work to Health and Safety requirements for the company
· To work as part of a project team in organising and planning the layout of the warehouse to promote effective picking and packing.
· To coach mentor and train all warehouse personnel to ensure a multi task approach to duties
· To analyse performance levels of goods in staff and identify any training issues.
· To assist in field work projects/shows where applicable, attending on site.
· To assist the logistics manager to ensure all warehouse overheads do not exceed budget
· To supervise the day to day activities of the warehouse staff in the most efficient manner
· To be a key holder of the company and where necessary attend call outs
